Whole grain tortillas with turmeric

Ingredients for 5/6 tortillas:

  • Whole grain flour: 200g
  • Sunflower oil: 2 tbps
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp


  1. Combine the whole grain flour and the oil, stir in the water and then add the salt and the turmeric. Wrap into film and let it stand for 30 minutes
  2. Divide the dough into 5/6 parts and roll into thin round tortillas
  3. Place into a hot skillet spread with very little oil, cook until bubbly and golden, flip ad cook the other side until golden. Serve hot.
