Tuna on a bed of avocado sauce

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 300 gr Fresh tuna
  • A slice Garlic
  • 1 Lime juice
  • Green salad
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Clean and blend the avocado with garlic, 1 tbsp of oil, the juice of half lime, and salt.

  2. Heat a tbsp of oil in a skillet and slightly cook the tuna, about one minute a side. Sprinkle with salt.

  3. Slice the tuna and season it with a little oil and the juice of half lime. Serve it on the avocado cream and the green salad
