Rinse and cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Clean and dice the vegetables.
Clean and slightly chop the onion. Heat a tbsp of oil in a skillet and sauté the onion. Add the vegetables and the turmeric. Cook until they are tender, season with salt and sprinkle with fresh marjoram
Add the vegetables to the quinoa and mix well.
Use a ring to make a tower in the center of a plate, remove the ring and top with marjoram.
